40MPa concrete tilt panel slab was ground back to expose the stone. The slabs were highly uneven so multiple passes were made with our diamond concrete grinder  until the slabs were level. Then we started the polishing process moving to a finer grit each pass. Each time we move to a finer grit the concrete becomes denser and smoother until the final pass when the concrete is polished to a mirror like finish.
